Catalpa St. <br />(14) Proposal for planning services in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area <br />(South Shore Railroad Easement through <br />Airport Industrial Park) <br />Mr. Relos noted that there is an old South <br />Shore right of way that runs from Bendix up <br />through the Airport Industrial Park. It isn't <br />clear who owns the right of way. <br />McCormick Flavor Division wants to expand <br />their facility, but is hindered by the <br />uncertainty of ownership. <br />Staff has solicited a proposal from Danch, <br />Hamer & Associates, Inc., to investigate the <br />easement, determine true ownership of the <br />easement and any associated land parcels, <br />define potential reuse of the corridor, and <br />identify any challenges. The estimated cost <br />of the services for the project would be in the <br />range of $5,450 to $5,780 plus the cost of <br />26 <br />
