South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting -September 17, 2010 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />B. Tax Abatement <br />(1) continued... <br />with the purchase of this equipment. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Vainer and unanimously ca~7-ied, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2766 <br />approving an application for personal <br />property tax deduction for property located at <br />2722 W. Tucker Drive in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area (Steel <br />Warehouse) <br />C. Housing <br />(1) Loan and Grant in connection ~~ith the <br />South Bend Home Improvement Program <br />for property located at 207 S. Sheridan <br />Street. (Garland and Carla Smith) <br />Mr. Inks noted that the loan is in the amount <br />of $2,950. The gn-ant is 52,788.50. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Kiny~, seconded by <br />Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant in <br />connection with the South Bend Home <br />Improvement Program for property located at <br />207 S. Sheridan Street. (Garland and Carla <br />Smith) <br />D. South Bend Central Development Area <br />(1) Resolution No. 2767 setting a public <br />hearing for 10:00 a.m., October 15, 2010 <br />on the appropriation of tax increment <br />financing revenues from the various <br />allocation areas for the payment of certain <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. ?766 <br />APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR PERSONAL <br />PROPERTY TAX DEDUCTION FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 2722 W.
