REGULAR MEETING AUGUST 9, 2010 BILLS – FIRST READING BILL NO. 45-10 FIRST READING ON A BILL OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, REPEALING AND REPLACING CHAPTER 21, ZONING, ARTICLE 12, FLOODPLAIN REGULATIONS IN ORDER TO ADOPT THE MOST RECENT FEDERAL AND STATE REQUIREMENTS This bill had first reading. Councilmember White made a motion to refer this bill to the Area Plan Commission. Councilmember Varner seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of nine (9) ayes. BILL NO. 46-10 FIRST READING ON A BILL OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, ANNEXING TO AND BRINGING WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN CLAY TOWNSHIP, CONTIGUOUS THEREWITH; COUNCILMANIC DISTRICT 4, E. LEROY & PATRICIA YODER, 17904 STATE ROAD 23, SOUTH BEND, INDIANA 46635 This bill had first reading. Councilmember Puzzello made a motion to refer this bill to the Area Plan Commission. Councilmember Oliver Davis seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of nine (9) ayes.
