South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting — September 3, 2010 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />Mr. Inks asked that Item 6.J.(2) be added to the agenda. <br />There was no objection and the item was added. <br />(2) Authorization for the Director of <br />Redevelopment to sign all documents <br />related to the Subdivision Replat for the <br />Triangle Housing Project in the Northeast <br />Neighborhood Development Area. <br />Mr. Inks noted that staff has put a lot of work <br />into the Triangle Housing Project just south <br />of Eddy Street Commons, trying to get that <br />development ready to move forward. Part of <br />what is needed is a subdivision replat of the <br />properties there. He asked that the <br />Commission authorize him to sign all <br />documents related to that replat so there will <br />be no delays due to timing of Commission <br />meetings. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by <br />Ms. King and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission authorized the Director of <br />Redevelopment to sign all documents related <br />to the Subdivision Replat for the Triangle <br />Housing Project in the Northeast <br />Neighborhood Development Area. <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mr. Varner noted that there are going to be competing <br />tax abatement modification ordinances before the <br />Common Council over the next month. He thought the <br />Commissioners might be interested in following the <br />discussion or being involved in the discussion. <br />8.
