Tax Abatement <br />(1) continued... <br />Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by <br />Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2759 <br />approving an application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located at 901 and 909 <br />North St. Peter Street in the Northeast <br />Neighborhood Development Area. (Snyder <br />Custom Homes) <br />B. Housing <br />(1) Loan and Grant in connection with the <br />South Bend Home Improvement Program <br />for property located at 4801 Skye Court <br />(Katia Gonzalez) <br />Mr. Inks noted that the loan is in the amount <br />of $5,250; the grant is $5,073.50. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant in <br />connection with the South Bend Home <br />Improvement Program for property located at <br />4801 Skye Court (Katia Gonzalez) <br />C. South Bend Central Development Area <br />(1) Resolution No. 2755 approving and <br />authorizing the execution of an Addendum <br />to the Master Agency Agreement <br />(Jefferson /Franklin streetscape Project) <br />Mr. Relos noted that Resolution No. 2755 <br />approves an Addendum to the Master <br />Agency Agreement for the Jefferson / <br />5 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 2759 <br />APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR REAL <br />PROPERTY TAX DEDUCTION FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 901 AND 909 NORTH ST.
