accordance with Section 12 of the Act, no further proceedings shall be taken by the City relating <br />to the Project until the later of (i) the date on which the court having jurisdiction over such matter <br />confirms the decision of the City to issue bonds relating to the Project, or (ii) if an appeal is <br />taken, the date on which the appropriate court of last resort confirms the decision of the City to <br />issue bonds relating to the Project, except as permitted by Subsection 12(f) of the Act. <br />Section XXV. Payments on Holidays. If the date of making any payment or the <br />last date for performance of any act or the exercising of any right, as provided in this Ordinance, <br />shall be a legal holiday or a day on which banking institutions in the City or the city in which the <br />Registrar and Paying Agent is located are typically closed, such payment may be made or act <br />performed or right exercised on the next succeeding day not a legal holiday or a day on which <br />such banking institutions are typically closed, with the same force and effect as if done on the <br />nominal date provided in this Ordinance, and no interest shall accrue for the period after such <br />nominal date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, with respect to any series of Bonds sold to the <br />State pursuant to Section VIII of this Ordinance, if the date for making any payment is a day <br />when financial institutions are not open for business, such payment shall be made on the business <br />day immediately preceding such payment date. <br />Section XXVI. Captions. The captions in this Ordinance are inserted only as a <br />matter of convenience and reference, and such captions are not intended and shall not be <br />construed to define, limit, establish, interpret or describe the scope, intent or effect of any <br />provision of this Ordinance. <br />Section XXVII. Reimbursement. The Council hereby declares the official intent <br />of the City, pursuant to I.C. 5-1-14-6(b) and 1.150-2 of the Treasury Regulations, that <br />preliminary costs incurred by or on behalf of the City in financing the costs relating to the <br />Project be reimbursed from the proceeds of the Bonds. <br />Section XXVIII.
