Variance from 10 f©ot side setback on the south side of the property to 0 feet. <br />4, Variance from all required landscaping to current landscaping. <br />5. Variance from all setbacks to allow outdoor storage of vehicles within the fenced <br />area on the Site Plan. <br />6. Variance from required 6 parking spaces to current 4 parking spaces. <br />
