<br />(2 The entire expense of the construction of bridges for such tracks,
<br />other than an additional to said now existing tracks ff the New York Central ,
<br />over and across any street at which a street subway is in said Resolution provided
<br />for, and the entire expense of any additional masonry required for said other and
<br />additional tracks, shall be assumed by the New York Central.

<br />and City of South Bend under date of July 30th., 1924 and Grand Trunk Western Railway

<br />Indiana, by and through its Board of Public Works, party of the second part,

<br />Whereas, the parties did heretofore, under date of February
<br />1-81 1924, enter' into a written oon-uraot providing for the relocation of a pwri, of the
<br />main line of the railroad.of the party of the first part in the City of South Bend,
<br />and for theseparation of the grades of the track, of said relocated railway and
<br />intersecting streets, which contract was ratified by the Common Council of the City
<br />of South Bend on March 10,19249 by Ordinance No. 2397•
