<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana That the following described property be approp,iated for the use of said City: A si
<br />strip of land five (5) feet in width, two and one halo 2') feet on each side of the entire
<br />lAngth of the north and south center line -of lot three �3 in B. F. Dunn&s Subdivision of
<br />lot " A" B. F. Dunn's lst. Addition to the Town of. River Park.
<br />Also an easement on the balance of said lot three (3) which easement.
<br />is for the purpose of use in the construction of a trunk sewer on the five (5) foot strip
<br />.of land described above and For t►he"purpose of use in keeping said 'gunk sewer in repair
<br />after constructed.
<br />Also a strip of land'two (2) feet in width, one (1) foot.on each side
