South Bend Redevelopment Commission
Regular Meeting –March 5, 2010

responded that they measure their success by
how many people participate in the program,
how many complete the program, and how
many clients get jobs and stay in those jobs.
Project Impact’s goal for 2010 was to train
50 people; they trained 82. They were going
to get 25 people placed into jobs; they got 49
placed. However,
she is concerned about the way in which last
years funds were used. Project Impact had
$620,000. Half of that went to management
and personnel.
