Cualls: Remove 4000 lumen light on Walnut Street at alley north of Huron St. Remove I000 lumen light at Walnut St., and Huron Street, - Remove I000 lumen light on ►+alnut Street at alley south of Division. Install 4000 lumen light at Walnut Street and Huron Street. Install 2500 lumen light on Walnut Street at alley south of Division. Remove old pole line from Walnut Street south of Division Street.
