Obtaining a demolition or any other permits. We are licensed with the City of <br />South Bend as a Demolition Contractor. <br />4. Sales tax. <br />Our quoted price is based on; <br />1. Items inside the building that the Owner wishes to salvage being removed by <br />November 10, 2017. <br />2. HRP being provided a letter stating no asbestos is present. The structure was <br />manufactured in 2001 per the manufacturer's placard on it. <br />3. Notice to Proceed received by HRP by November 17, 2017. <br />...all for the sum of $16,500,00. <br />We are grateful for the opportunity to quote this work.
