Cogsdale has been delivering powerful integrated information solutions since 1997, The <br />Cogsdale solution offers a best -of -breed customer information system on an integrated platform <br />that also includes: financials, distribution, utility billing, customer management, work <br />management, project management, and procurement. Cogsdale extends the suite to include <br />functionality such as: interactive voice response, document imanagement, payment kiosks and <br />online credit checks. <br />Well established in the industry, Cogsdale is a leader in the public sector market, with over <br />6,000,000 customers from 375 organizations billed from the Cogsdale solution. Our customer <br />list includes local governments, electric co-operatives, and investor -owned utilities. Cogsdale's <br />flexibility provides functionality for electric, natural gas, water, wastewater, sewer, storm water, <br />cable, Internet, fiber and telephone. <br />Cogsdale has 99 employees working, out of offices in Charlottetown, PEI, and Toronto, ON. <br />There are also a number of staff working in satellite offices throughout Canada and the United <br />States. <br />Cogsdale has been part of Harris Computer Systems since 2010. Harris is a wholly owned <br />subsidiary of Constellation Software (TSX:CSU). Constellation acquires, manages, and builds <br />vertical market software business that provide mission -critical software, solutions. <br />Harris has been, a leader in providing financial management and customer information solutions <br />to all levels of local government, public power and water entities, as well as school districts <br />since 1976. Harris' focus is on creating long-term relationships to ensure the changing needs of <br />customers are met over time. <br />Cogsdale is currently the third largest division in the Harris Utilities Group. Cogsdale operates <br />as an independent business unit. Our relationship with Harris and Constellation provides <br />significant fiinancial and operational support, ensuring continued growth and success in the <br />future. The relationship with Harris also offers new and exciting possibilities for partnerships with <br />access to a number of complementary solutions including: AM11, MDM, Mobile Apps, IVR, <br />Permits and City Management. <br />Cogsdale is not currently involved in any bankruptcy or litigation procedures. There are no <br />planned office closures or impending mergers at this time. <br />ANNETUM <br />Cogsdalle has been providing solutions to public sector clients since 1997. Our expertise lies in <br />the local governments and utilities market. Our experienced team includes utilities and local <br />government employees, long-time consultants within the sector, and professional accountants <br />who have worked as auditors and advisors to various industry organizations. <br />Cogsdale has been involved in 25 implementations in the past five years.
