CIS Infinity allows staff to <br />quickly target accounts by the account class, amount owing, service, days past due and. <br />much more. Within the collections tab staff can issue notices, send letters or schedule phone <br />calls to overdue accounts. <br />Searching and Reporting <br />Simple Searches <br />Searches in CIS Infinity are simple. From any screen, begin to type a customer or account <br />number, the Search window will automatically appear without you having to click on a <br />Search button. Th is allows for quick searches based on the customer / account number. <br />Other simple search options besides searching by Address, Name and User Defined Fields, <br />include those options available in the Customer/ Account Search form and many more: <br />City of South Bend, Indiana 21 <br />
