ADVANCED <br />U T I L I T Y S Y S T L M -q <br />Automation/Workflow <br />Automation <br />Whenever certain events occur in CIS Infinity, a task can automatically be performed in <br />response to that event. These automated responses are called Actions. The dynamic nature <br />of Actions provides a multitude of ways that CIS Infinity can introduce automation into <br />your daily routine to efficiently run and/or eliminate many manual daily tasks/processes. <br />Automation will be handled as designed regardless of the CIS Infinity Locale (English and <br />French are currently supported). <br />For example, Actions can automatically generate service orders based on information from <br />meter reading files, or process additional fees at the close of a service order, or update a <br />collection notice, or even generate letters and customer account tasks, etc. <br />City of South Bend!, Indiana 18 <br />
