ADVANCED <br />UTILITY SYSTEM S <br />All important Customer/ Account information may be placed in the Information Band, <br />which can be configured down to the user level, The Information Band is designed to <br />display a summary of the Customer/ Account, however, when you click on any piece of <br />information ha the band, it will immediately take you to the tab on the Account -View form <br />which reflects the details. <br />For example to search on billing history, the user simply can click on the 'Last Bill" <br />hyperlink in the information band. CIS Infinity will automatically navigate the user to the <br />Bills tab, Alternatively the user can select the Bills tab on the AccountView form, All billing <br />history is displayed on this form. A user can sort and filter by any column by selecting the <br />column heading or the filter option on the column heading.
