Tuesday, Julye I7th. , 1930. In all of the above named assessment rolls, showing the awards of damages and assessments of benefits for said vacations, the Board hereby i orders that this Board will.meet in their office in the City hall on the 9th., day of July I930 at 7-I5 P. LT., to hear and recei-ve remonstrances from all persons whose propveyy may be affected by said rolls 'and will determine whether the segvral lots II and parcels of land have been or mill be benefited or damaged in the amounts shown on said assessment rolls or in a greater or less sum than that showf. on , said rolls The Board further orders that notices be delivered to all property affected according t o law. ' i Upon the reconmiendation of gym. P. Quells, the Board approve the installation of two 1000 -lumen lamps in the vicinity of Pottewatomie Park. � • Claims in the amount of $20,207.89 were signed- and app rove d. by the Board, City'En.gineer, H. Pleasant View Addition is located in the west part of the i southwest quarter of Section 25 Tcwnship 37 North, range 2 east, described as follows: beginning at a point 991.4 feet north of the south west corner of said section 25, thence north 976 feet, thence east 635 feet to the west line of Dixie Highwat, thence southwesterly alo4g west line of said hig1rat 984.5 feet, thence west 582.5 feet to the place of beginning. The lots are numbered from I -to 76 inclusive and the dimensions are marked in feet on the annext plat. The streets are hereby dedicate to the public for public use.
