<br />In the above named improvement resolution No.2IIV the Board being fully
<br />advised in the premises, takes final action of said improvement resolution, and declares;
<br />same in all thugs ratified, confirmed and .approved. This action is taken in compliance;
<br />with the Track levation Act, approved Varoh Ist. , 1923, as shown in Burris Revised
<br />Statutes of the State of Indiana, 1926, Section I054I.
<br />The Board now orders that on the 3Ist. , day of July, 1928, this Board
<br />will receive, open and read sealed proposals for the construction of said improvement
<br />up to 10:00 A. M. The Board farther orders that notices of said proposals shall be
<br />published on the I9th. , day of July and on the 26th. , day of July I928, in the youth
<br />Bend News dimes and -Tribune according to law.

<br />In all of the above named improvement resolutions, the Board hereby
<br />orders that on the 8th. , day of August. 1928, this Board will meet in their office in
<br />the City Hall at 7-I5 P. to hear and receive remonstrances from all persosra whose
<br />property is liable to be assessed for said improvement and ,well decide whether the
<br />benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said impro-
<br />vements will be equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by the City Civil Engin-
<br />eer. The Board further orders that notices of said hearings shall be published on the
<br />19th. , day of July and on the 26th. , day of July 1928, in the South Bend News Times
<br />and Tribune and that notices be mai led , to property owners according to law.
