Attend all pre -bid meetings scheduled by the City to inform MBEAA/BEs of contracting and <br />subcontracting opportunities. <br />2. Advertise in general circulation and/or trade association publications concerning subcontracting <br />opportunities, and allow MBEfWBEs reasonable time to respond. <br />3. Perform any and all necessary steps to provide written notice in a manner reasonably calculated <br />V, <br />to inform MBE1WBEs of subcontracting opportunities and allowed sufficient time for them to <br />participate effectively, <br />4.
