REGULAR MEETING SEPTEMBER 12, 2017 287 <br />Court, Mishawaka, IN, 46545. The Consent indicates that in consideration for permission to tap <br />into public water/sanitary sewer system of the City, to provide water/sanitary sewer service to the <br />above referenced property at 25515 Den Trail, South Bend, IN (Key No. 021-1036-059318), the <br />Miller's waive(s) and release(s) any and all right to remonstrate against or oppose any pending or <br />future annexation of the property by the City of South Bend. Therefore, Ms. Maradik made a <br />motion that the Consent be approved. Ms. Fritzberg seconded the motion, which carried. <br />APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO REMONSTRATE <br />—18399 DONEGAL DRIVE — SEWER AND WATER <br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right to <br />Remonstrate as submitted by Mr. James Sieradzki on behalf of Century Builders, Inc., 314 W. <br />Catalpa Dr., Ste. F, Mishawaka, IN 46545. The Consent indicates that in consideration for <br />permission to tap into public water/sanitary sewer system of the City, to provide water/sanitary <br />sewer service to the above referenced property at 18399 Donegal Drive, South Bend, IN (Key No. <br />002-1014-0316), the Sieradzki's waive(s) and release(s) any and all right to remonstrate against or <br />oppose any pending or future annexation of the property by the City of South Bend. Therefore, <br />Ms. Maradik made a motion that the Consent be approved. The Consent indicates that in consideration for <br />permission to tap into public water/sanitary sewer system of the City, to provide water/sanitary <br />sewer service to the above referenced property at 18445 Forest Glade Drive, South Bend, IN (Key <br />No. 002-1014-0303), the Sieradzki's waive(s) and release(s) any and all right to remonstrate <br />against or oppose any pending or future annexation of the property by the City of South Bend. <br />Therefore, Ms. Maradik made a motion that the Consent be approved. Ms. Fritzberg seconded the motion, which carried. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Mr. Murray Miller, Local No. 645, asked the Board what the non -reverting fund is. Mr. Gilot stated <br />it is usually money from a grant that doesn't revert to the General Fund at the end of the year. <br />Attorney Fanello explained that the money doesn't lapse at the end of the year, it stays in that fund, <br />unlike appropriations which do lapse at the end of the year. <br />
