REGULAR MEETING SEPTEMBER 12, 2017 287 Court, Mishawaka, IN, 46545. The Consent indicates that in consideration for permission to tap into public water/sanitary sewer system of the City, to provide water/sanitary sewer service to the above referenced property at 25515 Den Trail, South Bend, IN (Key No. 021-1036-059318), the Miller's waive(s) and release(s) any and all right to remonstrate against or oppose any pending or future annexation of the property by the City of South Bend. Therefore, Ms. Maradik made a motion that the Consent be approved. Ms. Fritzberg seconded the motion, which carried. APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO REMONSTRATE —18399 DONEGAL DRIVE — SEWER AND WATER Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right to Remonstrate as submitted by Mr. James Sieradzki on behalf of Century Builders, Inc., 314 W. Catalpa Dr., Ste. F, Mishawaka, IN 46545. The Consent indicates that in consideration for permission to tap into public water/sanitary sewer system of the City, to provide water/sanitary sewer service to the above referenced property at 18399 Donegal Drive, South Bend, IN (Key No. 002-1014-0316), the Sieradzki's waive(s) and release(s) any and all right to remonstrate against or oppose any pending or future annexation of the property by the City of South Bend. Therefore, Ms. Maradik made a motion that the Consent be approved. Ms. Fritzberg seconded the motion, which carried. APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO REMONSTRATE —18445 FOREST GLADE DRIVE — SEWER AND WATER Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right to Remonstrate as submitted by Mr. James Sieradzki on behalf of Century Builders, Inc., 314 W. Catalpa Dr., Ste. F, Mishawaka, IN 46545. The Consent indicates that in consideration for permission to tap into public water/sanitary sewer system of the City, to provide water/sanitary sewer service to the above referenced property at 18445 Forest Glade Drive, South Bend, IN (Key No. 002-1014-0303), the Sieradzki's waive(s) and release(s) any and all right to remonstrate against or oppose any pending or future annexation of the property by the City of South Bend. Therefore, Ms. Maradik made a motion that the Consent be approved. Ms. Fritzberg seconded the motion, which carried. APPROVE WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMITS) RENEWAL In a Memorandum to the Board, Mr. Anthony Hunsberger, Division of Environmental Services, submitted the following Wastewater Discharge Permit(s) renewal and recommended approval: UN Tek and I/N Kote, 30755 Edison Road, New Carlisle, IN There being no further discussion, upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Ms. Fritzberg and carried, the permit's renewal was approved. APPROVE CLAIMS Ms. Maradik stated that a request to pay the following claims in the amounts indicated has been received by the Board; each claim is fully supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; and the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy. Ms. Fritzberg seconded the motion, which carried. PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR Mr. Murray Miller, Local No. 645, asked the Board what the non -reverting fund is. Mr. Gilot stated it is usually money from a grant that doesn't revert to the General Fund at the end of the year. Attorney Fanello explained that the money doesn't lapse at the end of the year, it stays in that fund, unlike appropriations which do lapse at the end of the year.
