The Engineer shall prepare and secure an Indiana Department of Environmental Management <br />(IDEM) Construction/Land Disturbance (Rule 5 Erosion Control) Storm Water Permit. The <br />following shall be completed to secure this permit by the Engineer and its Consultants: <br />1. Submit Plans to the St. Joseph County MS4 for review. <br />2. Prepare advertisement for publishing by the Owner <br />3. Prepare the Rule 5 Notice of Intent (NOI) Submittal <br />4. Submit permit application to IDEM. <br />E.
