This is Attachment 1, consisting of 2 pages, to Amendment <br />No. 1 <br />Modifications <br />Engineer shall perform the following Additional Services: <br />Exhibit A, Part I.A is revised by adding the following: <br />Design and plan development for the addition of an eastbound to northbound left -turn lane at the <br />intersection of Sample Street and Main Street. Design services shall include additional <br />topographic survey (Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein), road design, utility <br />coordination, traffic signal modification, project meetings with City staff and INDOT, right of way <br />engineering for two parcels, bidding phase services, and construction phase services. Right-of-way <br />engineering will include title work, title work updates, plats and legal descriptions, staking and <br />appraisal problem analysis (APAs). Review submittals will include preliminary field check plans <br />(40% complete), final plans (95% complete), and Final Tracings (100% complete). Prepare a <br />separate submittal for independent bid package of said area to be bid by Owner (Exhibit E, attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein). <br />6. Prepare a separate submittal for an independent quote package from the northwest corner of Main <br />Street and Washington Street, in front of the Chase Building, for work between back of curb and <br />face of building, including plan sheet(s), quantities, and specifications relating to construction of <br />said area. <br />7. Adjust signal timings along Martin Luther King, Main Street, and Lafayette Street between Sample <br />Street and Bartlett Street as outlined in Exhibit C, attached hereto and incorporated herein. The <br />retiming of signals shall include the following: signal system inventory assessment, analysis and <br />timing development, and deployment. <br />Exhibit A, Part 1.13 is added to read as follows: <br />B.
