Facility Description: <br />St. Joseph Energy Center is an Electric Power Generation Facility that engages in the production of electricity <br />using natural gas in a combustion turbine process. This facility will operate 24 hours / 7 days per week on two <br />12 hour shifts. The facility will be manned by 23 plant personnel. <br />PART I -EFFLUENT LIl ff rATION: <br />A. Sample Port and Collection Location <br />Sample Outfall Site 4054 is located adjacent to the Hot Box location. Sample Site #054 is considered to be end - <br />of -pipe. <br />1. Daily Maximum Limit means the maximum allowable discharge limit of a pollutant during a calendar <br />day or any 24-hour period that represents a calendar day. Where Daily Maximum Limits are expressed <br />in units of mass, the daily discharge is the total mass discharged over the course of the day. Where <br />Daily Maximum Limits are expressed in terms of a concentration, the daily discharge is the arithmetic <br />average measurement of the pollutant concentration derived from all measurements taken that day. In <br />the case of samples collected by the grab method, the daily maximum shall be applied as an <br />
