Councilmember <br /> Gavin Ferlic seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of eight (8) ayes. <br /> SPECIAL BUSINESS <br /> 17-23 A RESOLUTION FO THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br /> PUBLICLY COMMENDING AND HONORING <br /> THE RILEY HIGH SCHOOL 2016-2017 BOYS' <br /> SWIM TEAM ON A SUCCESSFUL SEASON AS <br /> CITYWIDE,NORTHERN INDIANA <br /> CONFERENCE(NIC), AND SECTIONAL <br /> CHAMPIONS <br /> CO UNCILMEMBER OLIVER DA VIS ENTERED THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS. THE QUORUM <br /> IS SET AT NINE (9). <br /> Councilmember Tim Scott, 711 Forest Avenue, South Bend, IN, served as the presenter of this <br /> bill. Councilmember Scott called the Riley High School boys' swim team to the podium and read <br /> for the Council and public the text of the resolution. <br /> 1 <br />
