REGULAR MEETING APRIL 24, 2017 FROM THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY OF SOUTH TAYLOR STREET Councilmember Gavin Ferlic made a motion to send Bill No. 21-17 to the Board of Public Works for the meeting on Aril 25th, 2017, and the Public Works and Property Vacation Committee for Second and Third Reading on May 8th, 2017. Councilmember John Voorde seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of seven (7) ayes. 23-17 FIRST READING ON AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: FIRST NORTHWEST ALLEY RUNNING NORTH APPROXIMATELY 170' AND 14' WIDE FROM INDIANA AVENUE, WEST OF HIGH STREET Councilmember Gavin Ferlic made a motion to send Bill No. 23-17 to the Board of Public Works for the meeting on April 25th, 2017, and the Public Works and Property Vacation Committee for Second and Third Reading on May 8th 2017.
