The same pattern holds true <br />for calendar year 2009. Therefore, in order to efficiently operate the City, monies must be <br />transferred temporarily from certain funds to other funds within the City. <br />The ordinance as flled does not contain actual dollar sums because additional time is <br />needed to determine exactly what dollar amount is required from the Funds from which transfers <br />are to be made.
