Jefferson Blvd. <br />Suite 400 <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />Dear President Dieter: <br />The attached bill for the Council's consideration and approval will transfer $200,000.00 in <br />Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds as part of the 2010 Action Plan of the 2010 - 2014 <br />Housing & Community Development Plan. As the Council will recall, the proposed allocation of funds <br />was discussed with the Community & Economic Development Committee on September 21, 2009, and <br />made public beginning October 2, 2009 fora 30-day public comment period. The plan was also the <br />subject of 2 public hearings on October 14th. This bill is a companion to the CDBG general appropriation <br />bill of $2,463,435.00 also filed today. <br />Should there be any questions on this bill please contact me at 235-5845.
