• Revise standards and specifications for the following categories: <br />o Section 2 — Streets, Walkways, & Paths <br />o Section 3 — Storm Facilities <br />o Section 4—Sanitary <br />o Section 5 — Water <br />o Section 6—Traffic and Lighting <br />o Section 7 — Erosion & Sediment Control <br />The following sections are to be completed and provided by the City: <br />o Section 1— General —Miscellaneous <br />The following sections are to be completed by the City at a later date: <br />o Section 8 — Landscaping <br />o Section 9 — Finishes and Fixtures <br />• Meetings were conducted with City representatives to discuss the standards and <br />specifications to be revised. <br />• The standards and specifications were developed based on input from the meetings with <br />the City. <br />Lawson -Fisher is currently working to finalize the standards and specifications and to prepare the <br />final deliverable to the City. The deliverables for each standard/specification include: <br />• MS Word document contain the specification section - The specifications will be in <br />the format determined during Phase I of this project. <br />• AutoCAD files of the standards - The title block and general format of the standards <br />will be as determined during Phase I of this project. <br />• The standards and specifications in Adobe Acrobat format - The Adobe acrobat file <br />for the specification shall be searchable. <br />Lawson -Fisher will coordinate and facilitate a stakeholder work session. The purpose of the session <br />will be to secure comments, information and other feedback from the consultant and contractor <br />community. Minutes will be prepared and revisions or changes made based on direction received. <br />Change of Scope: <br />During the development of the standards and specifications, several meetings were held with City <br />staff to create and discuss the documents. More meetings were required to develop the <br />documents than was originally anticipated in the in the Scope of Services. In addition, some of the <br />specification and standard sections required more development than originally anticipated.
