The Division of Utilities and design consultant, DLZ Indiana reviewed the <br />respective bids. Some of the bids are noted to have errors, omissions, or mathematical <br />errors. However, none of these ambiguities affected the lowest responsive, responsible <br />Bidder's Bid for the project.
