Richardson, city Engineer, filed an assessment roll, showing the award of damages and assessment of benefits in Vacation Resolution No. 3351,1972 for the vacation of Lincolnway East from 55 feet south of Jefferson Street to St. Joseph Street; East Jefferson Street from St. Joseph Street to the curve on Uefferson-Wayne Connector Street; East Washington Street from St. Joseph Street to Artesian Avenue; Artesian Avenue from Washington Street to the southerly end of Artesian Avenue.
