Experience: Herrman and Goetz has been in business and located in South Bend, IN since 1968. We are large licensed bonded and insured mechanical/electrical contractor employing over one hundred fifty journeymen plumbers, pipefitters, electricians and service technicians. We are involved with many area institutions and businesses in construction and service projects. Some of our customers include: Memorial Hospital, Archway Corporation, City of South Bend Police Department, City of South Bend Fire Department, Pregis Corporation in Plymouth, Indiana, Eaton Corporation in South Bend, Indiana. We have worked for the South Bend Waste Water Division and the south Bend Water Works Department. Capability/ Skills and Employees: We have staff that is certified and or licensed in medical gas service and installation, backflow certifications, high voltage work, refrigeration, H.V.A.C., advanced electronics and controls, all types of welding and metal fabrication. We have individuals factory trained and or certified on many major brands of commercial equipment including but not limited to Lochinvare boilers/water heaters, Bryan boilers, Carrier H.V.A.C. equipment and Mitsubishi H.V.A.C. equipment. Our technicians are O.S.H.A. safety certified and are required to have yearly ongoing skills training. Herrman and Goetz service department is available seven day a week, twenty four hours per day, three hundred sixty five day a year. There are a minimum of two qualified service technician on call at all times. We also have a full service electrical department with experience in high voltage incoming power, to low voltage communications and computer network cabling. Labor rates and hours of operation: Normal business hours are 7:00 A.M. — 3:30 P.M. Monday through Friday Time and a half rate from 3:30 P.M. - 11:30 P.M. Double time rate from 11:30 P.M.-7:00 A.M. Base hourly rate is $110.24 per hour. No trip charges.
