McCoy Miller, Inc. <br />53404 C.R. 13 <br />Elkhart, Indiana 46514 <br />APPROVE APPLICATIONS FOR BIDDER UALIFICATION/CERTIFICATION <br />Mr. Jimmy Scott, on behalf of the Affirmative Action Review <br />Committee, advised the Board that after a complete review, the <br />Committee has found that the following companies have met the <br />requirements of the South Bend Affirmative Action Ordinance: <br />1. Mike Clingenpeel Constructions <br />2. Koontz -Wagner Electric Company <br />3. Computerland <br />4. Hagerman Construction <br />Mr. Scott advised that it is the Committee's recommendation that <br />the above listed companies be approved as qualified City bidders. <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Humphreys, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq <br />and carried, the recommendation was accepted and the applications <br />approved. <br />APPROVE SIDEWALK SALE PERMIT APPLICATION <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys <br />and carried, the following Sidewalk Sale Permit application was <br />approved: <br />NAME: The Clothes Tree <br />ADDRESS: 2212 Miami Street <br />BY: Kay Marshall, Partner <br />DATES: July 21-23, 1988 <br />PURPOSE: Sell womens clothing <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a <br />total of seventy-four (74) properties cleaned from June 13, 1988 <br />to June 17, 1988, was submitted. Upon a motion made by Mrs. <br />DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and carried, the report as <br />submitted was filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Chief Deputy Controller John D. Leisenring, submitted Claim <br />Docket No. 9637 through Claim Docket No. 9890 and recommended <br />approval.
