This is EXHIBIT C, consisting of 4 pages, referred to in <br />and part of the Agreement between Owner and Engineer for <br />Professional Services dated Sept. 13, 2016. <br />Payments to Engineer for Services and Reimbursable Expenses <br />COMPENSATION PACKET BC-1: Basic Services — Lump Sum <br />Article 2 of the Agreement is supplemented to include the following agreement of the parties: <br />ARTICLE 2 — OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br />C2.01 Compensation for Basic Services (other than Resident Project Representative) —Lump Sum Method <br />of Payment <br />A. Owner shall pay Engineer for Basic Services set forth in Exhibit A, except for services of <br />Engineer's Resident Project Representative, if any, as follows: <br />1. A Lump Sum amount, not to exceed, $73,065.00 based on the following distribution of <br />compensation: <br />a. Basic Services, at a Lump Sum amount of $72,565.00, asset for in Exhibit A: <br />1) Topographic Survey $2,000.00 <br />2) Coordination and Pre -Engineering $12,675.00 <br />3) Design Devleopment $21,810.00 <br />4) Construction Documents and Specifications $21,810.00 <br />5) Bidding and Negotiating $4,340.00 <br />6) Construction Administration $6,330.00 <br />7) Replat Services $3,600.00 <br />b. Reimbursable Expenses: Miscellaneous application and submittal fees may be required <br />for this project including, but not limited to the Subdivision Replat services. Fees for <br />permits and applications will be applied to this estimated reimbursable expense fee: <br />1) Reimbursable Expense, not to exceed, if required $500.00 <br />2.
