174, <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />MAY 28, 1991 <br />Mrs. DeClercq made a motion that the recommendation be accepted <br />and the bonds be approved and/or released as indicated above. <br />Mr. Leszczynski seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE TITLE SHEETS: <br />- COMPUTERIZED TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEM PHASE II <br />- CROSS CREEK SECTION THREE, PART THREE (SEWER/WATER/STREET) <br />- WEST GATE COVE (SEWER/WATER) <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the above referred to Title Sheets <br />have been submitted to the Board at this time for execution. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq <br />and carried, the Title Sheets were approved and signed. <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq <br />and carried, the following two (2) traffic control devices were <br />approved: <br />1. REMOVAL OF: <br />REVISED TO: <br />LOCATION: <br />REMARKS: <br />Stop Sign <br />Duey and St. Vincent <br />"T" Intersection <br />Traffic Signals <br />2-Way Stop - Garst-Keasey <br />Michigan-Garst-Keasey <br />Traffic study shows signals <br />do not meet warrants. <br />Install 2-way stop signs. <br />APPROVE SIDEWALK SALE PERMIT APPLICATION <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Board is in receipt of one (1) <br />Sidewalk Sale Permit application as follows: <br />NAME: LITTLE BLESSINGS BOUTIQUE <br />BY: Janet Koucouthakis <br />LOCATION: 2123 Miami Street <br />DATES: August 1-2-3, 1991 <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski <br />and carried, the Sidewalk Sale Permit application was approved. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS LISTS <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Board is in receipt of two (2) <br />lists from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating that <br />thirty-three (33) properties were cleaned from May 13, 1991 to <br />May 16, 1991 and that twenty-eight (28) City-owned/Miscellaneous <br />properties were cleaned from May 13, 1991 to May 16, 1991. <br />Mrs. DeClercq therefore made a motion that the lists as submitted <br />be filed. Mr. Leszczynski seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Juan Manigault, Executive Director, Employment and Training <br />Service of St. Joseph County, submitted a list containing one <br />hundred forty-five (145) claims and recommended approval. <br />Additionally, the Deputy Controller's office submitted Claim <br />Docket Nos. 5774-6150, 6200-6501 and 6158-6193 and recommended <br />approval. Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. <br />Leszczynski and carried, the claims were approved and the reports <br />as submitted were filed. <br />1 <br />
