Twyckenham and Lincolnway East <br />TO CLOSE THE 500 BLOCK OF BIRDSELL FOR BLOCK PARTY - JULY 20. <br />1991 <br />Ms. Mary Crawford, 513 North Birdsell, South Bend, Indiana, <br />submitted an Application for Use of and Blocking of Access to <br />Public Right -of -Way for a Party or Similar Event, requesting <br />that the 500 block of Birdsell to Fassnacht be closed for a <br />block party on Saturday, July 20, 1991 from 12:00 noon to <br />7:00 p.m. <br />TO UTI_LIZE JEFFERSON STREET PARKING GARAGE FOR HAMFEST - JUNE <br />22-23, 1991 <br />Mr. Wayne Werts, 1889 Riverside Drive, South Bend, Indiana, <br />advised the Office of Community Affairs, that he would like <br />to utilize the Jefferson Street Parking Garage on June 22-23, <br />4:00 p.m. I <br />Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the above referred to requests <br />be referred to the appropriate City departments and bureaus for <br />review and recommendation. Mrs. DeClercq seconded the motion <br />which carried. <br />APPROVE REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS TO <br />ASSESS THE MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT NEEDS AT THE WASTEWATER <br />TREATMENT PLANT <br />In a letter to the Board, Mr. John J. Dillon, Director, Division <br />of Environmental Services, requested that the Board advertise for <br />the receipt of Proposals to assess the maintenance management <br />.needs at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. These bids would be <br />obtained from professional engineering companies familiar with <br />projects as such. Therefore, Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that <br />their request be approved.
