436 REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 21, 1992 Resolution No. 50-1992 addresses the annexation of property located eight hundred feet (800') south of Jackson Road on the east side of Ironwood Road. This annexation is known as the Kalawongsa Annexation. Mr. Magliozzi further stated that a twelve inch (12") sanitary sewer line is located in Ironwood Road and terminates approximately three hundred eighty feet (380') north of the annexation area. The sewer line was oversized to accommodate future expansion in the vicinity of the annexation area. A twelve inch.(12") water main in Ironwood Road is located two hundred feet (200') west of the annexation area. Further, street lights have been installed along Ironwood Road from Jackson Road south to approximately four hundred feet (400') north of the annexation area. All public works services are currently available to the site. Resolution No. 51-1992 concerns the Hickey Annexation of property located on the east side of the southern end of Sampson Drive extended, south of Galway Drive. An existing eight inch (8") sanitary sewer at the intersection of Sampson Drive and Galway Drive is within three hundred feet (300') of the annexation area. The sewer is capable of handling any future development within the area. An existing eight inch (8") water main in Sampson Drive terminates approximately one hundred feet (1001) north of the area. All public works services are capable of being provided to this site. Resolution No. 52-1992 involves the Kercheimer Annexation Area. This area consists of property located six hundred feet (600') east of Ironwood Road on the south side of Inwood Road. An existing twelve inch (12") sanitary sewer in Inwood Road abuts the annexation area. The sewer was oversized when installed to provide service to future adjacent developments. It is noted that the sewer was installed by Edward Rose of Indiana and a reimbursement contract is recorded and on tile. An existing fifteen inch (15") water main abuts the area along Inwood Road and has the capacity to serve any future development within the area. All other public works services are currently available to this site. No expenditure of funds by the City will be required to provide capital improvements. Resolution No. 53-1992 concerns the annexation of property on the north side of Creekview Drive within the Creekwood Villas Subdivision. This annexation is known as the Stouffer Annexation Area. No expenditure of funds by the City will be required to provide capital improvements to this area. The area abuts Creekwood Drive, a new residential street built by the developer of the Creekwood Villas Subdivision to City standards. Access to the property is from Creekview Drive. The Creekwood Villas Subdivision is served by an eight inch (8") sanitary sewer, which has the capacity to service the annexation area. A six inch (6") water main abuts the annexation area with a one inch (1") existing lateral to the property line. Other existing improvements are street lights and sidewalks. Resolution No. 54-1992 involves the annexation of property which is located two hundred feet (200') east of Ironwood Road and one thousand one hundred feet (1,100') north of Ireland Road. It is noted that the sanitary sewer and water are available to the area. A fifteen inch (15") sanitary sewer is within three hundred feet (300') to the south of the annexation area. A twelve inch (12") water main exists in the right-of-way of Ironwood Road. Both sewer and water are capable of handling any additional load from the development of the area. During the proposed widening and reconstruction of Ironwood Road, a new sewer will be installed which will pass along the frontage of this parcel. It is anticipated that the completion of this
