Brown, Secretary -Treasurer, <br />Non -Collusion Affidavit was in order, Non -Discrimination <br />Commitment form was completed and a five per cent (5%) Bid <br />Bond was submitted. <br />BID: $50,671.00 <br />Upon a'motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. Manier and <br />carried, the above bids were referred to the Division of <br />Engineering for review and recommendation. <br />OPENING OF BIDS - TWO HUNDRED FIFTEEN (215), MORE OR LESS, <br />FIREFIGHTER LUG SOLE INSULATED BUNKER BOOTS, HELMETS AND GLOVES <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that this was the date set for receivin <br />and opening of sealed bids for the above referred to equipment. <br />The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South <br />Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News which were found to be <br />sufficient. <br />Board Ittorney Anne Bruneel informed members of the Board that <br />neithe� the State Board of Accounts Form #96, nor the Bid Bond <br />which were submitted by Bentley Fire Apparatus, 8073 Castleton <br />Road, Indianapolis, Indiana, were signed. Therefore, Mrs. Manier <br />made a motion that this bid be rejected.
