CLARKSON, D/B/A TLC ANTIQUES) <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that this was the date set for the Board's <br />Public Hearing regarding the application for a Transient Merchants <br />license for Thomas L. Clarkson, d/b/a TLC Antiques, RR6, Box 188, <br />Peru, Indiana. It is noted that Mr. Clarkson has applied for this <br />license in order to conduct an Antique Show at Union Station, 310 <br />West South Street, South Bend, Indiana, from 12:00 noon to 9:00 <br />p.m. on January 14-15, 1994 and from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. on <br />January 16, 1994. <br />Mr. Clarkson was present and informed members of the Board that he <br />is planning to conduct an Antique Show at Union Station. In <br />response to questions from members of the Board, Mr. Clarkson <br />advised that this Antique Show has been held at the Union Station <br />for the past three or four years even though he was not the <br />promotor at that time. Mr. Clarkson noted that antiques will be <br />displayed and sold. <br />There being no one else present wishing to address the Board <br />concerning this matter and no written Memorandum in support of or <br />in opposition to the issuance of the license being received, Mr. <br />Leszczynski closed the Public Hearing on this matter. <br />It is noted that the Board is in receipt of favorable <br />
