<br />bids were received and opened for the above referred to items. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Fox
<br />recommends that the Board award the contract to Audio Specialists, Inc., 401 N. Michigan Street,
<br />South Bend, Indiana, as follows, in the amount of $30,800.87.

<br />Mr. Carl P. Littrell, Director, Division of Engineering, advised the Board that on March 27, 1995,
<br />bids were received and opened for the above referred to project. After reviewing those bids, Mr.
<br />Littrell recommends that the Board award the contract for Zones 1, 2, 3, 9 and 10 to Niles Concrete
<br />Sawing, 2580 East Detroit, Niles, Michigan, in the amount of $90,185.00 per zone. Therefore, Mr.
<br />Caldwell made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bids be awarded as outlined
<br />above. Mr. Leszczynski seconded the motion which carried.
