330 REGULAR MEETING AUGUST 4, 1997 A part of Lot Numbered Seventy-three (73) as shown on the recorded Plat of Haney's Addition to the City of South Bend, recorded May 5, 1892 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in Plat Book 6, page 13, which part is described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot Seventy-three (73); thence South on the West line of Carroll Street Fifty-three (53) feet; thence West Forty (40) feet; thence North on the West line of said Lot Seventy-three (73), Fifty-three (53) feet; thence East on the North line of said lot Forty (40) feet to the place of beginning, in St. Joseph County, Indiana. Key #18- 7025-0988. Commonly known as 1315 Carroll. Lot Numbered Seventy-two (72) as shown on the recorded Plat of Haney's Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, recorded May 5, 1892 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in Plat Book 6, page 13. Key #18-7025-0989. Commonly known as 239 Broadway. Lot Numbered Twenty-two (22) as shown on the recorded Plat of Haney's Addition to the City of South Bend, in St. Joseph County, Indiana. Key #18-7026-1029. Commonly known as 139 Broadway. A -lot or parcel of land Fifty (50) feet in length, North and South, taken off of and from the entire length of the North end of Lot Numbered Three Hundred Twenty-six (326) as shown on the recorded Plat of Wenger & Kreighbaum's First Broadway Addition to the City of South Bend, recorded August 17, 1907 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in Plat Book 9, page 74. Lot Numbered Three Hundred Twenty-six (326) as shown on the recorded Plat of Wenger and Kreighbaum's First Broadway Addition to the City of South Bend, excepting therefrom a strip of land 50 feet in length, North and South, taken off of and from the entire width of the North end thereof. Key No. 18-7013-0490. 2) Such transfer shall be accomplished by Quit -Claim Deed, executed by the Mayor of the City of South Bend and attested to by the South Bend City Clerk. 3) Such transfer shall be made by the City to AHD in an "as is" condition with no warranties, indemnities or representations made relative to said real property.
