Termination of MOU Adherence by the City to timelines and deliverables is critical to the What Works Cities initiative. If either party is unable to comply with the timeline in this MOU or is unable to produce the deliverables described herein, before termination may be effective, the terminating party must provide a thirty —(30) days prior written notification to the other party, the MOU may be terminated effective immediately upon written notice served to the other party. 8.
