Inks, Member <br />APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO REMONSTRATE <br />Ms. Roemer stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right to <br />Remonstrate as submitted by West Pointe Development Company. The Consent indicates that in <br />consideration for permission to tap into the public sanitary sewer system of the City, to provide <br />sanitary sewer service to Lot 2, West Pointe Estates, South Bend, Indiana, (Key # 21-1038-0626.3), <br />West Pointe Development. Company waives and releases any and all right to remonstrate against or <br />oppose any pending or future annexation of the property by the City of South Bend. Therefore, Mr. <br />Inks made a motion that the Consent be approved. Mr. Littrell seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO REMONSTRATE <br />Ms. Roemer stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right to <br />Remonstrate as submitted by West Pointe Development Company. The Consent indicates that in <br />consideration for permission to tap into the public sanitary sewer system of the City, to provide <br />sanitary sewer service to Lot 7, West Pointe Estates, South Bend, Indiana, (Key # 21-1038-0626.08), <br />West Pointe Development Company waives and releases any and all right to remonstrate against or <br />oppose any pending or future annexation of the property by the City of South Bend. Therefore, Mr. <br />Littrell made a motion that the Consent be approved. The Consent indicates that in consideration for permission <br />to tap into the public sanitary sewer system of the City, to provide sanitary sewer service to 24656 <br />Mayflower Road, South Bend, Indiana, (Key # 04-1020-0334.03), VGB waives and releases any and <br />all right to remonstrate against or oppose any pending or future annexation of the property by the City <br />of South Bend. Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that the Consent be approved. Ms. Roemer <br />seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO REMONSTRATE <br />Ms. Roemer stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right to <br />Remonstrate as submitted by VGB LLC. The Consent indicates that in consideration for permission <br />to tap into the public sanitary sewer system of the City, to provide sanitary sewer service to 20305 <br />Johnson Road, South Bend, Indiana, (Key # 01-1017-0340.39), VGB waives and releases any and all <br />right to remonstrate against or oppose any pending or future annexation of the property by the City <br />of South Bend. Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that the Consent be approved. Ms. Roemer <br />seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO REMONSTRATE <br />Ms. Roemer stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right to <br />Remonstrate as submitted by VGB LLC. The Consent indicates that in consideration for permission <br />to tap into the public sanitary sewer system of the City, to provide sanitary sewer service to 42483 <br />Myrtle Road, South Bend, Indiana, (Key # 02-1100-4919 and 02-1100-4918), VGB waives and <br />releases any and all right to remonstrate against or oppose any pending or future annexation of the <br />property by the City of South Bend. Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that the Consent be <br />approved. Mr. Littrell seconded the motion which carried. <br />
