Inks, Member APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO REMONSTRATE Ms. Roemer stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right to Remonstrate as submitted by West Pointe Development Company. The Consent indicates that in consideration for permission to tap into the public sanitary sewer system of the City, to provide sanitary sewer service to Lot 2, West Pointe Estates, South Bend, Indiana, (Key # 21-1038-0626.3), West Pointe Development. Company waives and releases any and all right to remonstrate against or oppose any pending or future annexation of the property by the City of South Bend. Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that the Consent be approved. Mr. Littrell seconded the motion which carried. APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO REMONSTRATE Ms. Roemer stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right to Remonstrate as submitted by West Pointe Development Company. The Consent indicates that in consideration for permission to tap into the public sanitary sewer system of the City, to provide sanitary sewer service to Lot 7, West Pointe Estates, South Bend, Indiana, (Key # 21-1038-0626.08), West Pointe Development Company waives and releases any and all right to remonstrate against or oppose any pending or future annexation of the property by the City of South Bend. Therefore, Mr. Littrell made a motion that the Consent be approved. Ms. Roemer seconded the motion which carried. APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO REMONSTRATE Ms. Roemer stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right to Remonstrate as submitted by VGB LLC. The Consent indicates that in consideration for permission to tap into the public sanitary sewer system of the City, to provide sanitary sewer service to 24656 Mayflower Road, South Bend, Indiana, (Key # 04-1020-0334.03), VGB waives and releases any and all right to remonstrate against or oppose any pending or future annexation of the property by the City of South Bend. Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that the Consent be approved. Ms. Roemer seconded the motion which carried. APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO REMONSTRATE Ms. Roemer stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right to Remonstrate as submitted by VGB LLC. The Consent indicates that in consideration for permission to tap into the public sanitary sewer system of the City, to provide sanitary sewer service to 20305 Johnson Road, South Bend, Indiana, (Key # 01-1017-0340.39), VGB waives and releases any and all right to remonstrate against or oppose any pending or future annexation of the property by the City of South Bend. Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that the Consent be approved. Ms. Roemer seconded the motion which carried. APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO REMONSTRATE Ms. Roemer stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right to Remonstrate as submitted by VGB LLC. The Consent indicates that in consideration for permission to tap into the public sanitary sewer system of the City, to provide sanitary sewer service to 42483 Myrtle Road, South Bend, Indiana, (Key # 02-1100-4919 and 02-1100-4918), VGB waives and releases any and all right to remonstrate against or oppose any pending or future annexation of the property by the City of South Bend. Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that the Consent be approved. Mr. Littrell seconded the motion which carried.
