Approved June 25, 2003, Pursuant to Resolution No. 100-2000 Tom Tharp D/B/A River Valley Approved July 1, 2003, Pursuant to Resolution No. 100-2000 R. Bachman Concrete, Inc. Approved July 3, 2003, Pursuant to Resolution No. 100-2000 Mark Forte Released Effective July 14, 2003 Louis Paksi Approved July 7, 2003, .Pursuant to Resolution No. 100-2000 Keenan Construction Approved July 8, 2003, Pursuant to Resolution No. 100-2000 EXCAVATION BONDS Langfeldt Excavating Approved Effective June 18, 2003, Pursuant to Resolution No. 100-2000 (Note: Old Bond released) L.S. Plumbing & Heating Approved Effective June 18, 2003, Pursuant to Resolution No. 100-2000 (Note: Old Bond released) L.L. Geans Construction Co. Approved Effective June 23, 2003, Pursuant to Resolution No. 100-2000 J.T. Excavating .approved Effective July 3, 2003, Pursuant to Resolution No. 100-2000 Mr. Littrell made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and that the Bonds be approved and/or released as outlined above. Mr. Inks seconded the motion which carried.
