i <br />vehicle types as defined within the Federal Highway Administration's "Traffic <br />"Monitoring Guide". The counts shall be hourly, per direction, for a <br />minimum of forty-eight (48) hours. <br />5. Data will be provided to the City of South Bend Board of Public Works in 11 <br />digital format (CD), and will be posted macoggis.com website. <br />i <br />6. The traffic count data is to be submitted to the City of South Bend Board of� <br />Public Works within 30 days of the date collected. Data will be submitted via e- <br />mail to pckerr ,southbendin.gov. I <br />7. MACOG further agrees to complete up to three (3) intersection analyses, wNch <br />includes collecting traffic counts at the intersection, turn movements, signa' <br />timing data, digital photography, accident data and GPS data and a geome c <br />layout of the intersection. MACOG will annually provide the TTAC with a list of <br />congested roads, however, the City of South Bend Board of Public Works i <br />responsible for identifying the intersections to be studied in writing to the <br />MACOG Director, <br />8. Under this MOU, the City of South Bend Board of Public Works agrees to <br />provide the MACOG $5,000 which may be used by the MACOG as local <br />technical assistance and planning, matching funds. These funds will be pal' to <br />the MACOG within 30 days of the effective date (July 1, 2015) of this agre went. <br />4. This memorandum of understanding may be declared null and void if - <br />A. Either party fails to abide by the intent of this Memorandum of Understanding or; <br />B.
