Advertisement 11/14/2025 and 11/21/2025 <br />e) SESC Permitting will be submitted locally by 10/31/2025 <br />a. Anticipated approval is 11/14/2025 <br />f) SESC IDEM NOI will be submitted by 11/18/2025 <br />a. Anticipated submittal to IDEM is 11/18/2025 <br />g) Bidding Assistance will take place between 11/14/2025 and 11/21/2025 <br />a. Bids are due 12/09/2025 - 9am <br />b.
