<br />Be it- Remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend,. Indiana, met in
<br />Special Session in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Monday evening February 3rd, 1930.

<br />To the Members-of the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
<br />You are hereby notified that under and by virtue of the authority vested in me as Mayor
<br />of the City of South Bend, of the State of Indiana, a special meeting, of the Common Council
<br />of said City is hereby called to meet at the hour of 8:00 P . M. on Monday, February 3, 19309
<br />or as soon thereafter as convenient following a meeting of the Committee. of the Whole Council
<br />on said evening, for the purpose of receiving and considering the following entitled axdt=
<br />ordinancesf,

<br />An Ordinance transferring t )Ae xx sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) from one
<br />Sub - department of the Board of Public Works unto another sub - department of said Board
<br />of- Publia,Works-, and Twenty -five Hundred Dollars ($2500.00) from same sub- department
<br />of another sub- department.
<br />An Ordinance approving a contract with Gerber and Haley g for the repair of the City Hall.

<br />The Ordinance was given its first reading by title, its second reading in full and
<br />Councilman Hull makes a Motion to Suspend Rules, which were voted on by the following vote: Fegan.
<br />Nelson, Whiteman, Rokop, Hull,_ Jaworski, Altfeld, Hiss, Oakley, Grzeskowiak,, Crips, and Gustin,.
<br />Ayes -12,; Nays 0. Rules Suspended and Ordinancez goes: to third reading.
