The petitioner plans to build a new Burton's Laundromat at currently vacant property <br /> located at the northeast corner of the intersection of S. Main Street and W. Eckman Street. The <br /> facility will be approximately 4,300 square feet and would create four (4) new jobs. <br /> The total investment for this project is $2,000,000.
