This petition package includes: <br /> • Department of Community Investment's summary report <br /> • Petition for abatement <br /> • Statement of Benefits form (SB-1 / Real Property) <br /> • Supporting information <br /> The report contains the Department's findings relative to the above-mentioned petition. The <br /> petitioner intends to purchase from the South Bend Redevelopment Commission a seven-acre <br /> vacant parcel on William Richardson Court. Michigan Motorsports intends to move their entire <br /> operations from Niles, Michigan, to South Bend and construct a 50,000 square foot office, <br /> warehouse, distribution center, and showroom. <br /> The total investment for this project is $4,550,000, including real estate, construction, and <br /> equipment.
