Niblock Excavating, Inc. <br />$500,651.20 <br />All bids were correct as read. <br />I recommend award of a contract for Great Lakes Capital Spec Building to the lowest <br />responsive I responsible bidder, Walsh & Kelly, Inc., in the amount of $447,834,20. <br />Walsh & Kelly, Inc., is considered to be a pre -qualified bidder by the Engineering Division, and <br />submitted the required pre -qualified bidder documentation with this bid. <br />Award of contract is subject to sufficient funding appropriated from RWDA TIF <br />324.1050.460.42.04. <br />Please call with your questions. <br />
