Redevelopment Commission <br />Staff Report <br />Blackthorn Golf Course (BGC) Capital Improvements -Budget Revisions <br />9/29/09 <br />BGC has $26,000 remaining in its Capital Budget for 2009. About $18,000 is due to <br />lower costs of completing capital projects, and $8,000 is due to a decision to defer one <br />project until 2010. The $8,000 was allocated to in house bunker renovations and the <br />attached memo fi•om John Quickstad at BGC explains why that cannot proceed this year. <br />John's memo also covers the requested changes to the Capital Budget to accommodate <br />the purchase of a rough mower and paving of two new cart paths. I will also be checking <br />with the Airport Authority to make sure they concur on making these changes to the <br />Capital Budget. <br />None of the funds involved here are from TIF, rather they are from operating revenues <br />generated by BGC. <br />
